The dust from the Facebook initial public offering is slowly - ever so slowly - beginning to settle.

The dust from the BATS IPO has pretty much settled.

Nonetheless, those two IPOs have raised questions and concerns among investors, regulators and pretty much anyone connected to capital markets in the United States. Questions around market structure, investor confidence and regulation, to name just a few.
