Deutsche Bank has hired Oliver Jerome, the former chief executive and co-founder of BestX, as its new head of European foreign exchange product. Based in London, he will report to Sameen Farooqui, global head of FX, and Panos Sergiou, global head of institutional client group, according to an internal memo seen by FX Markets.
